About the Team
At Vintage Cash Cow, technology underpins all operations from customer item collection, pricing, packaging, to the re-commerce marketplace process. The Technology, Product & Data team supports both customers and internal teams by developing tools for inventory, pricing, logistics, and sales management. The culture blends creativity, technical skill, and product thinking to simplify complex issues, optimize operations, and propel company growth.
Role Overview
As Product Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of internal products that support core business functions including logistics solutions, operational tools, and marketplace platforms. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into clear product initiatives that optimize operations and amplify commercial outcomes. The role demands a balance of technical knowledge and strong product management capabilities with regular presence required at Leeds offices and travel to European and international sites as the company expands.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of internal products, managing roadmaps, backlogs, and continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.
- Develop strong cross-team collaborations with operations, logistics, finance, commercial, and marketplace stakeholders to identify improvement areas.
- Champion a test-and-learn approach: designing experiments, prototyping rapidly, validating ideas, and iterating based on detailed data analysis.
- Drive product performance reporting, operational analytics, and integration effectiveness while fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
- Lead Agile practices, define clear go-to-market strategies, and ensure timely delivery of product initiatives.
Deliverables
- Manage and enhance internal systems including CRM (HubSpot), integrations, pricing tools, box management, courier and logistics platforms to enable efficient operations and re-commerce capabilities.
- Make critical build versus buy decisions to balance time-to-market, cost, and scalability.
- Use key success metrics and data-driven insights to measure impact and refine product strategy.
Skills and Experience
- At least 3 years in product management or a related role managing internal operational or B2B platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and working closely with engineering teams on third-party tools.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and experience designing experiments, A/B testing, MVP development.
- Capability in product roadmap creation, requirements gathering, user story development, and handling multiple priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management across diverse teams and commercial acumen linking product choices to business results.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or marketplace settings.
- Exposure to rapid prototyping, experimentation platforms, and working in startup or scale-up environments.
- Familiarity with product management tools like Productboard or Aha!.
Work Environment and Location
This position requires regular onsite work at the Leeds offices or warehouse, with periodic international travel to European and other locations as the business grows.
