Product Designer

Role Overview

We are seeking a Product Designer to craft institutional products and interfaces tailored for professionals who frequently analyze tabular data. The goal is to eliminate confusion in screen layouts, thereby bridging critical control gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Design complete end-to-end product workflows.
• Create and sustain a comprehensive design system.
• Enhance the clarity of on-chain activities for operators and their supervisors.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and compliance teams to ensure alignment.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of four years' experience in product design.
• Expertise in systems thinking, typography, and designing data-heavy user interfaces.
• A portfolio demonstrating delivered enterprise or financial software projects.
• Ability to work effectively amid uncertainty and ambiguous requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or enterprise environments.
• Skills in design-engineering, including proficiency to prototype using code.
