Role Details

This is a contract position offering $80 to $150 per hour and is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop precise grading standards tailored to real-world digital product and UX outputs.
• Evaluate both AI-generated and human-created work samples using these criteria, providing thorough written explanations.
• Employ consistent, evidence-supported judgment to ensure scoring is reproducible and defensible.
• Integrate structured feedback from senior reviewers and quickly refine evaluations.
• Operate independently and asynchronously to assess and enhance AI model performance.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of five years’ professional experience in product design, UI/UX, or design systems.
• Work history with leading digital-product or UX studios, or in-house product design teams.
• Expertise in Product/UI/Design Systems Design, UX leadership, or UX writing.
• Advanced skills in interaction and visual design, design systems, and proficient use of Figma.
• Exceptional written communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and comfort with peer-reviewed evaluation processes.
• Preferred: Prior involvement in AI training, evaluation, or human data projects.
