Role overview
This position sits within the procurement function and focuses on supporting the end-to-end buying process for goods and services. The role is centered on spot-buy sourcing, purchase order handling, invoice processing, vendor coordination, reconciliations, and maintaining compliance across operational activities.

Key responsibilities
- Manage purchase order workflows from requisition and approval through goods receipt and invoice completion.
- Process PO and non-PO invoices accurately in Coupa and SAP.
- Sort, scan, and route incoming invoices into the OCR batch process.
- Identify and correct interface or posting issues as they arise.
- Support GRIR clearing, debit balance clearing, and variance investigation.
- Help reconcile vendor statements and close open items within agreed timelines.
- Prepare ad hoc and scheduled reports from SAP within committed turnaround times.
- Assist with internal and external audit requests and maintain SOX compliance.
- Keep process documentation and SOPs updated in a timely manner.
- Analyze recurring issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective action plans.
- Work with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve billing, payment, and procurement discrepancies.
- Support sourcing activities by gathering quotes, evaluating supplier capabilities, and coordinating negotiations where needed.
Required profile
- Ability to handle increasingly complex problems with a structured approach.
- Comfort working within defined guidelines and escalation paths.
- Exposure to procurement operations, invoice handling, or accounts reconciliation is preferred for the role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work on repeated operational tasks with accuracy.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
Working style
- The position is designed for routine issue resolution using established procedures and supervisor guidance.
- Interactions are expected mainly with the immediate team and direct manager.
- Day-to-day tasks will come with moderate to detailed instructions, especially for new assignments.
- The role is an individual contributor role with a focused scope of work.
Eligibility and qualifications
Applicants should have any graduation degree and 1 to 3 years of experience. The role is intended for candidates who can work from Gurugram, Haryana, and handle procurement support responsibilities in a full-time onsite setup.
