Procurement Manager

Role Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager based in the UAE, ideally with a robust background in the contracting, manufacturing, or waste recycling sectors. This full-time position involves managing comprehensive supply chain strategies including vendor negotiation, material procurement, and cost control initiatives.

Key Duties

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for raw materials, industrial equipment, and construction/site inventory.
• Evaluate and maintain supplier and vendor partnerships throughout the UAE.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery timelines to maximize cost efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with project, engineering, and production teams to ensure prompt availability of materials.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of procurement experience within the UAE, specifically in contracting, manufacturing, or waste recycling or management industries.
• Proficiency in English is compulsory.
• Advanced negotiation abilities, contract management proficiency, and strong analytical capabilities.
