Role Summary
The Procurement Administrator will join our small Procurement Operations team, managing procurement transactions and operations. Key responsibilities include procuring street furniture, bus shelters, digital assets, and related components, as well as supporting Indirect procurement tasks such as database upkeep, contract rollout, and system data maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supplier onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to understand business needs and enhance supplier performance and lead times.
- Respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries.
- Execute various procurement transactional activities including managing product and purchasing data, setting up Bills of Materials, maintaining part codes, updating pricing and lead times in systems, issuing purchase orders, and administering contracts and renewals databases.
- Resolve delivery discrepancies and monitor payment processing ensuring timely invoice handling.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience within Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement settings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities, internally and externally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
