This role is offered on behalf of a partner organization managing all applications and subsequent steps. The Processing Center Advisor position is based in Ireland and involves supporting the administration of childcare-related programs and client services.
Role Summary
The primary focus lies in evaluating applications, verifying eligibility, and ensuring precise handling of program-related requests. This position serves as a crucial contact point for clients, delivering guidance and resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Key Duties
- Handle application processing, review submitted documents, and determine eligibility per established program standards.
- Address client questions promptly, providing accurate information and supporting them throughout the service journey.
- Investigate relevant policies, procedures, and documentation to resolve client concerns effectively.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned cases and administrative activities.
- Confidentially manage sensitive client information with discretion.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently within a high-volume, deadline-driven setting, ensuring compliance and quality.
- Utilize several software platforms and databases to update records, track cases, and facilitate operational processes.
- Identify potential problems, exercise sound judgment, and escalate complex issues when required.
Candidate Profile
- Customer-oriented professional with experience in administrative support, case management, client assistance, or related sectors.
- At least 3 years’ experience in roles involving customer service, retail, administrative operations, or client support.
- Minimum 2 years’ background investigating documentation, policies, or procedures to resolve client or customer issues.
- Proven capacity to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments with strict deadlines for at least 3 years.
- Demonstrated skill in multitasking while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in protecting confidentiality and managing sensitive client data.
- Preferred experience includes program administration, benefits management, case handling, or eligibility assessment.
- Exposure to government, public sector, or social service initiatives is beneficial.
- Background in call or contact centers is a plus.
- Strong ability to interpret and apply policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Exceptional written and spoken communication skills with a client-focused, empathetic approach.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
