About the Role

Thinkatic is seeking motivated and customer-oriented Customer Care Specialists to support our UK Inbound Cab Booking operation. This position involves handling incoming calls from customers across the United Kingdom, managing cab bookings, addressing queries, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and manage inbound customer calls professionally.
Accurately book and schedule cab rides for clients.
Assist customers with booking changes, cancellations, and inquiries.
Provide timely and courteous support to maintain customer satisfaction.
Update customer details in the CRM system.
Adhere to company policies and quality standards.
Escalate complicated issues to appropriate teams when needed.

Requirements

Proficient in spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer skills including typing.
Ability to handle multitasking while engaging with customers.
Customer service experience is a plus; however, freshers with excellent communication can apply.
Reliable internet access and a quiet workspace are essential for remote work.

Shift Details

Work Hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Working Days: Monday through Saturday
Paid breaks available as per company policy.
