Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot pool equipment and systems to ensure peak operational performance.
• Swiftly respond to issues by traveling between pools as needed.
• Apply good judgment and resourcefulness to resolve maintenance challenges effectively.
• Communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrate strong work ethics and contribute positively to the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience working with pools, preferably in commercial settings.
• Basic maintenance knowledge and a natural aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Physical capability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Certified Pool Operator certification preferred; required to obtain after hire if not already certified.
• Flexible availability to work approximately 10-15 hours per week, with variability based on skills and schedule.
• Ability to drive between locations to handle pool-related issues.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive work attitude.

Additional Information

• Compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour.
