Role Overview

As a Planning & Scheduling Specialist located in Singapore, you will work full-time onsite with both clients and TBH teams. This role involves developing, managing, analyzing, and executing detailed project timelines across complex projects primarily within data centre, pharmaceutical, heavy industrial, or transport infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support project schedule execution to meet client goals and milestones.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships and communications with clients and team members.
  • Analyze multi-source project data to assist in reporting, forecasting, and decision making.
  • Prepare schedules, reports, updates, and client submissions accurately and on time.
  • Apply industry-leading planning methodologies to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain complex schedules with Primavera P6 and generate clear reports.
  • Coordinate project information between internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Provide regular, precise updates to senior leadership for progress tracking.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance planning and reporting efficiencies.
  • Ensure quality and accuracy in all project documentation and deliverables.
  • Contribute to baseline creation, updates, and performance analysis of project schedules.
  • Adapt to various work environments including client sites, TBH offices, and temporary overseas assignments.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum three years’ experience in planning and scheduling roles within construction-heavy sectors.
  • Educational background in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, or equivalent.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in managing and analyzing detailed Level 5+ schedules.
  • Strong experience using planning tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
  • Comprehensive understanding of project management methodologies and project controls principles.
