About the Role
Blinkit is hiring Picker & Packer personnel for its warehouse operations located across Bangalore. The position involves accurate selection and secure packaging of customer orders, ensuring smooth and timely shipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately select customer orders from warehouse inventory.
- Pack products securely and efficiently to prevent damage.
- Ensure orders are processed and dispatched on schedule.
- Keep the work area clean and well-organized at all times.
- Adhere strictly to warehouse safety rules and company protocols.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to working in shift patterns as per operational needs.
- Physically capable of performing warehouse manual tasks.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Willing to work in any location within Bangalore city limits.
Eligibility Criteria
Only male candidates are eligible to apply. Freshers are encouraged to apply. Educational qualifications include below 10th grade, 10th pass, or higher.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly salary ranges from ₹17,000 to ₹21,000. Candidates residing 200 km or more away from Bangalore are eligible for an accommodation allowance of ₹5,000.
