Role Overview

The Physiotherapist will be a key member of the Physiotherapy Team, delivering professional and competent services involving patient assessment, advice, and treatment within a safe clinical setting. The position may involve a four-month rotational schedule or remain a static post as per the role profile. The working hours are Monday through Friday during daytime.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional and legal accountability for all duties including direct and indirect patient management.
• Assess patient capacity, obtain valid consent, and operate within legal frameworks for patients who lack consent capacity.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and oversee Physiotherapy Support Workers to enhance efficiency and care results.
• Engage actively in physiotherapy and specialist in-service training for ongoing personal development.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a Registered Physiotherapist with current HCPC Registration.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork abilities and capability to work independently.
• Possess effective communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Hold a full valid UK, EU, or EEA driving license with access to a car.
