Position Overview
Arcare Aged Care in Helensvale, Queensland, is seeking dedicated Personal Support Workers to provide compassionate, high-quality personal, emotional, and social care. This role is essential in promoting residents' dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing assistance with personal hygiene tasks including showering, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Supporting residents with mobility, ensuring safe transfers.
- Aiding residents during meals and managing dietary requirements.
- Observing and reporting any changes in residents' health or behavior.
- Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of care provided.

Required Qualifications and Attributes
- Possession of a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or an equivalent qualification.
