About the Role
Barza Consulting is collaborating with a prominent banking institution in Saudi Arabia to hire a Performance Management Advisor. This role demands a seasoned professional skilled in enterprise performance management, KPI governance, and the development of organizational performance frameworks to foster a culture of high achievement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire performance management process, encompassing goal setting, mid-year evaluations, annual appraisals, calibration sessions, and final performance sign-offs.
- Design, improve, and regulate performance management frameworks, policies, procedures, and standards.
- Create, assess, and validate KPIs and performance scorecards applicable across various business departments.
- Collaborate with business leaders and human resource teams to ensure alignment between individual, team, and organizational objectives.
- Assist senior and executive leadership in establishing KPIs, monitoring their progress, and developing executive-level dashboards.
- Administer Performance Improvement Plans, 360-degree feedback programs, talent assessments, and other related performance initiatives.
- Promote automation and continuous enhancements for performance management systems and reporting tools.
- Evaluate organizational performance data to identify trends and deliver actionable insights to senior management through analytics.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an allied field.
- A minimum of ten years’ experience in performance management, organizational development, or talent management within the banking or financial services industry.
- Work experience within Saudi Arabia is mandatory.
- Proficient knowledge of performance management frameworks, KPI creation, scorecard applications, and executive performance oversight.
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI for executive dashboards, KPI analytics, and workforce reporting is essential.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel along with practical experience using HR platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
- Outstanding capabilities in stakeholder engagement, data analysis, communication, and presentation.
