Combining ancient wisdom with scientific validation, it supports whole body health through simple daily rituals. The company values inclusivity, diversity, integrity, and fosters a brave and connected culture.
Role Overview
This role involves designing both static and motion creative assets for paid social media platforms, initially focusing on Meta channels, with TikTok anticipated soon. The position requires high volume, quick turnaround work that maintains the brand's premium quality since customer loyalty is prioritized over short-term gains. You will collaborate closely with a Performance Creative Strategist and a Social Video Editor to produce compelling creative routes rapidly.
Key Responsibilities
- Create static images, carousels, stories, and motion graphics tailored for paid social channels with platform-specific expertise.
- Develop multiple variants from single concepts to support testing strategies across formats, angles, offers, and target demographics.
- Analyze which creative elements drive success and iterate design accordingly for optimal performance.
- Quickly refresh and modify existing assets based on shifting campaign performance metrics.
- Deliver rapid concept turnarounds, within hours or days, without compromising quality or brand consistency.
- Maintain and update templates, master files, and component libraries to improve production efficiency over time.
- Leverage AI tools to enhance creativity and speed while ensuring brand integrity in collaboration with the Art Director.
- Partner closely with the Performance Creative Strategist, Social Video Editor, Creative Director, and Art Director to produce effective, on-brand work.
- Adapt campaigns for multiple markets, adjusting brand presentations to fit various seasons, events, and cultural contexts.
- Assist the wider design team on brand assets, packaging, and other campaign work as workload permits.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated experience designing high-volume paid social media content, either in-house or agency side, with a strong portfolio illustrating your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects for motion design, and competency with Figma.
- Keen interest and skill in utilizing AI technologies to support and elevate creative output at scale.
- Deep understanding of what drives creative success on Meta platforms, including hooks, visual hierarchy, and branding strategies, with constant exploration of new creative inspiration.
- Experience working within structured testing frameworks, producing multiple variants rather than one-off designs.
- Background in direct-to-consumer brands, especially in wellness, beauty, supplements, or food and beverage sectors.
- Editing skills are a plus.
- Ability to remain fast, precise, and maintain high standards even under volume and fast-paced conditions.
- Results-driven mindset, taking initiative to learn how assets perform and using insights to improve creative output.
- Focused expertise in the targeted social channels, viewing them as your craft.
- Collaborative team player, comfortable in a tight-knit squad sharing work and feedback regularly.
- Highly organized, meticulous with naming conventions and file structures to maximize efficiency.
- Passionate creative with enthusiasm and a collaborative spirit eager to contribute to a caring team environment.
