About the Role
Join Visy's collaborative payroll team supporting one of Australia's premier manufacturing and recycling companies. In this role, you will be pivotal in executing accurate and prompt weekly payroll processing for a workforce exceeding 4,000 employees. You'll utilize leading systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and Kronos to handle multiple payroll cycles across various business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute weekly payroll processing for designated Australian business units, ensuring both accuracy and timely completion.
- Maintain comprehensive employee data records including onboarding, payroll modifications, error corrections, and terminations.
- Manage SAP, SuccessFactors, and Kronos platforms to facilitate end-to-end payroll activities.
- Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, PAYG, Superannuation, and other statutory obligations.
- Collaborate with Payroll Leadership and stakeholders to resolve payroll issues, prepare reports, and pursue continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in a medium to large-scale payroll environment handling high-volume payroll processing.
- Deep knowledge of Australian payroll laws, Awards, EAs, PAYG, and Superannuation requirements.
- Capability to interpret and accurately apply complex payroll policies with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to foster positive relationships across all organizational levels.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple priorities and meet strict payroll deadlines.
- Experience working with payroll and HR systems, ideally including SAP Payroll, SuccessFactors, Kronos, and payroll reporting tools such as Spinifex.
