Role Overview

The Parts Interpreter role based in Kilkenny is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys fast-paced, hands-on environments and outstanding customer service. The position involves supporting a loyal customer base and collaborating with a knowledgeable team passionate about the automotive parts industry. Prior experience with auto parts is beneficial, yet enthusiasm to learn and grow is equally valued, with comprehensive training and support provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing inbound phone and online sales inquiries promptly and efficiently.
• Delivering exceptional in-store customer service and support.
• Handling receipt and ordering of incoming stock to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Processing and preparing purchase orders for dispatch.
• Maintaining showroom merchandising, including pricing updates and general upkeep.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A strong commitment to customer service excellence.
• Experience or keen interest in automotive parts and components.
• Presentable and professional demeanor with a polished phone manner.
• Ability to influence, negotiate effectively and simplify technical problems for customers.
• Knowledge or background in European vehicles is considered an advantage.
