Key Responsibilities

• Identify, select, and sell vehicle parts precisely using online inventory systems.
• Advocate for the benefits of genuine Toyota parts and accessories.
• Maintain organized, tidy, and accurate stock records.
• Engage directly with customers and conduct follow-up communications.
• Participate actively in the customer 'Pulse' feedback system.
• Commit to ongoing training and learning opportunities tied to this role.
• Eventually expand your skill set by learning fundamental Service Advisor duties to provide backup during peak periods.
• Work weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, ready to contribute enthusiastically.

Candidate Profile

• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and exercise initiative in a busy Parts and Service team.
• Aptitude for learning and retaining information supported by robust training.
• Consistently friendly and professional interaction with customers, especially during busy times.
• Polite and clear telephone communication skills.
• Attention to detail ensuring data accuracy and effective inventory management.
• Proficient with IT and computer systems and adaptability to new technologies.
• Confident in greeting customers and creating positive experiences at TRC Toyota.
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to support various busy departments.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Location: Wellington - Levin.
