Role Summary

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Partnerships Operations Specialist to manage daily operations within our partnerships department remotely. This role demands responsibility for maintaining precise hotel content and rate data across Global Distribution Systems (GDS) and ensuring flawless integration between our proprietary systems and hotel partners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with the Amadeus GDS platform, a comprehensive understanding of hotel room classifications, rate plans, and robust data management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, update, and accurately map hotel room categories, rate codes, and related data within GDS platforms for our hotel partners.
• Operate our in-house CRM to configure and sustain hotel profiles, including room inventories, rate plans, and rate mappings with attention to data integrity and consistency.
• Process incoming updates regarding hotel information such as room features, amenities, and property descriptions, ensuring these are correctly reflected across internal and external channels.
• Facilitate the onboarding process of new hotel partners by accurately configuring and validating their data within our systems.
• Support the Partnerships team by executing daily operational and administrative duties to promote smooth workflows and timely task completion.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably 2 to 4 years of practical experience working with Amadeus GDS, with comprehensive skills in mapping hotel room types, rate codes, and rate plans.
• Strong understanding of hotel distribution systems, room configurations, and hospitality-specific terminology.
• Advanced technical and analytical capabilities with confidence managing backend systems and configuring data environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
• Excellent organizational abilities and time management skills to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to cooperate efficiently with internal teams and external hotel partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other common office software applications.
