Role Summary

We are looking for meticulous and organized Paralegals to provide legal team support during high-demand periods throughout the year. This position primarily involves reviewing and processing legal documents and assisting with various team functions.

Work Structure

This role offers flexible scheduling, suitable for individuals who can work on an on-call basis. Workload will fluctuate, with quiet periods and times requiring 3 to 4 working days per week. Most tasks can be completed at flexible hours, including weekends or outside standard business hours, based on individual availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate wills and related legal papers for accuracy and compliance.
• Help prepare and amend legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research as directed by senior lawyers.
• Manage administrative tasks like file organization and correspondence within the legal department.
• Communicate with clients and other relevant parties as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across various divisions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Law degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitudes.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to operate independently and within a team environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Legal experience, especially related to wills or estate planning, is a plus but not mandatory.
