The job is centered on helping businesses overcome technology-related challenges by offering solutions tailored to their needs. You will own the sales process end to end, beginning with prospect outreach and appointment setting, then moving into meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.
This is a B2B, consultative sales role that blends business development with technology-focused customer conversations. The solutions you will discuss cover managed services, infrastructure, data protection, disaster recovery, connectivity, and communication tools.
The employer is seeking a driven sales professional who is comfortable working toward targets, building trust with decision-makers, and contributing measurable commercial results. The role is fully remote and involves collaboration with an international team.
Key responsibilities
- Run outbound prospecting efforts, including high-volume calls, lead qualification, and setting appointments.
- Work toward sales activity goals such as about 100 calls per day and a minimum of 3 qualified appointments each week.
- Complete initial inside-sales training and learn the company’s products and selling approach with guidance from experienced team members.
- Meet prospective customers to understand their technology pain points and suggest suitable solutions.
- Handle sales discussions, deliver value-based presentations, negotiate terms, and close B2B opportunities.
- Develop strong customer relationships through active listening, credibility, and consultative selling.
- Stay proactive and target-oriented while supporting overall team performance and business growth.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in technology, services, or solutions-based selling.
- Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Confidence in speaking with prospects, presenting ideas, and influencing buying decisions.
- Energetic, outgoing personality with a genuine interest in talking to and helping customers.
- Self-driven, results-oriented approach with comfort working toward ambitious sales targets.
- Ability to adapt quickly, make decisions fast, and perform well in a dynamic environment.
- Good listening skills, curiosity, humility, and the ability to understand client requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree or associate degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be able to complete online behavioral and cognitive assessments.
- Availability for full-time work, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
- Ability to work remotely from a reliable home setup with the following equipment and connectivity: computer with at least 8GB RAM, Intel i5 processor, Windows 10 or macOS Big Sur or later; stable internet with at least 5 Mbps upload and download speed; noise-canceling headset suitable for professional calls and meetings; mobile phone that can support authentication apps.
