Role Summary
The OSHA Representative plays a vital role in assisting clients with OSHA recordkeeping compliance. This position involves analyzing injury cases, generating quality control and exception reports, advising claims staff, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and review cases according to OSHA 1904 recordkeeping criteria.
- Stay updated with company policies, procedures, and client service standards.
- Create reports and provide guidance using OSHA applications intended for inspectors.
- Generate quality control and exception reports under best practice guidelines.
- Interpret OSHA regulations for claims teams and assess time loss impacts.
- Collaborate with risk services to assist in client development efforts.

Qualifications
- Minimum education: High school diploma or GED.
- Competent in verbal and written communication with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Compensation
