Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing SEO and organic growth plans for B2B software clients.
• Carry out keyword research, competitor assessments, content audits, and backlink investigations to uncover growth opportunities.
• Develop, maintain, and interpret reports and dashboards measuring campaign effectiveness and business impact.
• Track client performance data to identify actionable insights and suggest improvements.
• Ensure project outputs meet quality standards supporting measurable business results.
• Engage in internal brainstorming, research projects, and innovation initiatives.
• Collaborate with strategy and content teams, participate in client meetings, and support ongoing communications.
• Continually enhance skills and aid in refining internal workflows and best practices.

Candidate Requirements

• One to two years’ prior experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, or a strong motivation to develop a career in organic growth.
• Basic familiarity with analytics and SEO platforms such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Ahrefs, or similar.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capacity to juggle various tasks while maintaining high quality of work.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—and a team-oriented mindset.
• Eagerness to assimilate feedback, learn rapidly, and pursue continual professional growth.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fully remote, high-performance setting.
• Availability to overlap at least five work hours during weekdays with Eastern Time (ET).
