Oracle EBS/Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role

Splash Business Intelligence offers an analytics platform designed to deliver fast insights across enterprises by unifying reporting and analytics capabilities. This position focuses on enhancing and supporting Oracle EBS and Fusion applications within Finance and Supply Chain Management modules.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and enhance SQL and PL/SQL solutions aimed at analytics, reporting, and product functionality improvements.
• Engage with Oracle EBS/Fusion Finance and SCM modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Purchase Order (PO), and Inventory management.
• Interpret and convert business needs into technical implementations.
• Resolve both functional and technical challenges in Oracle EBS/Fusion applications.
• Develop reports, validation routines, and ETL pipelines.
• Assist with product enhancements, system performance improvements, and software release procedures.
• Generate and maintain structured technical documents and data definitions.
• Utilize basic Python skills for automation and data manipulation tasks.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL programming for database applications.
• Solid grasp of Oracle EBS and Fusion architecture, data models, and operational workflow.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle financial and supply chain modules including AP, AR, GL, PO, and Inventory.
• Familiarity with Oracle database objects, performance tuning, and query optimization techniques.
• Strong problem-solving abilities combined with effective communication skills.
• Preferred experience in reporting frameworks, analytics, and working knowledge of cloud database platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.
• Basic understanding of Python scripting is an additional plus.

Experience and Educational Credentials

The role requires approximately 4 to 5 years of relevant experience encompassing Oracle EBS/Fusion support, development in SQL/PLSQL, and participation in reporting and analytics projects. Experience integrating Oracle ERP data structures and enterprise reporting solutions is advantageous. Educational background should include a Bachelor of Technology or Bachelor of Engineering in any discipline.
