About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to lead and optimize daily operational activities, ensure successful project delivery, manage cross-functional teams, and enhance overall business performance. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in handling large-scale operations, streamlining operational processes, and delivering projects within established quality, budget, and schedule parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to maintain efficient business workflows.
• Formulate and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage project delivery ensuring adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and client satisfaction.
• Supervise various operational teams including technical, projects, service, and support functions.
• Efficiently allocate resources to fulfill project and business demands.
• Track operational performance indicators such as KPIs, productivity, and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, procurement, finance, and project teams to achieve integrated execution.
• Develop and refine operational procedures and workflow systems.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
• Handle client relations and resolve operational challenges and escalations.
• Monitor project timelines, manpower needs, material availability, and progress.
• Identify risks within operations and implement corrective measures.
• Support budget management, cost control, and operational planning.
• Prepare regular reports and updates for senior leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement efforts to boost efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Over 10 years of proven experience in operations management roles.
• Background in managing technical operations, project oversight, and service delivery.
• Familiarity with UAE market dynamics and local business practices.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and overseeing large-scale operations.
• Strong knowledge of project execution, resource management, and operational controls.
• Excellent leadership abilities coupled with strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
