Join MovesMethod, a dynamic direct response marketing firm focused on the mobility sector, as an Operations Manager responsible for ensuring seamless technical operations. This remote position suits someone passionate about optimizing automations and maintaining system integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and troubleshoot automations primarily within Zapier and GoHighLevel platforms.
• Create new automated workflows and enhance existing ones for efficiency.
• Manage the technical support channel on Slack, providing swift resolutions for technical difficulties.
• Assist with the technological aspects of staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate activities and schedules of Virtual Assistant teams.
• Maintain organizational workflows in collaboration with the Operations Director.
• Attend regular team and individual meetings, actively participate by sharing screens and delivering daily summary reports.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated expertise with GoHighLevel and HubSpot platforms is essential.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience with Google Workspace tools, Zapier integrations, and Slack communication.
• Highly attentive to detail with a commitment to precision.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of rapidly adopting new technologies and procedures.
• Consistently responsive to team communications and dependable as a team member.
• Availability for full-time work on weekdays and part-time hours during weekends.

Additional Information

• This is a fully remote position available to candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, or South Africa.
• Compensation package ranges from $4000 to $5000 USD per month, on-target earnings included.
