Role Overview
The Operational Officer is responsible for delivering efficient and reliable operational support, performing tasks such as cleaning, patient handling, porter duties, and waste management, all in compliance with established policies and standards.
Candidate Profile
- Committed to protecting the confidentiality and privacy of clients, visitors, and the facility.
- Capable of working independently, taking initiative, solving problems, and prioritizing workload effectively.
- Proficient in duties related to cleaning, waste management, food service, and linen handling, both independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn and apply knowledge of hygiene, infection control, food safety, workplace health and safety, quality management, equal employment opportunities, and anti-discrimination practices.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with staff, clients, and visitors.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must be vaccinated against specified vaccine-preventable diseases per Health Employment Directive NO. 01/16 and maintain vaccination status.
