Role Overview
- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders for our online customers while ensuring safety at all times.
- Coordinate with other departments regarding stock availability, substitutions, and respond to online customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive health and safety mindset for both yourself and those around you.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a strong customer service orientation.
- Capable of making customer-centric decisions aligned with established processes and systems.
- Works effectively within a team and communicates well.
- Physically able and willing to remain on their feet for the entirety of their shift.
