Night Shift Security Operations Centre Operators

Job Summary

We are seeking two skilled Security Operations Centre (SOC) Operators to join our team in Dublin for permanent night shift roles. Candidates must possess proven experience in security monitoring and incident response, and be capable of working autonomously during overnight hours.

Work Location and Schedule

• Workplace: Dawson Street, Dublin 2
• Shift: Continuous night shift with a two-week rotating schedule (3 nights one week, 4 nights the next)
• Employment Type: Full-time

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee CCTV footage, alarm systems, access control, and other security infrastructure.
• Use Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) tools to detect and report security risks among employees.
• React swiftly to security alerts and incidents, escalating as per company protocols.
• Keep detailed and precise logs and reports of all incidents.
• Closely monitor site activities for potential security threats.
• Coordinate effectively with mobile security teams, emergency responders, and management as needed.
• Perform routine checks on systems ensuring incidents are accurately documented.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all operations.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Possess a valid PSA Security Licence (mandatory).
• At least two years of experience in a SOC environment.
• Demonstrate strong capabilities in CCTV surveillance, alarm monitoring, and incident response.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting abilities.
• Composure and sound judgment during high-pressure situations.
• Proficient in computer use and IT systems.
• Self-motivated and reliable during night shifts.
• Professionalism and punctuality at all times.
