Key Responsibilities

• Manage shop operations overnight in compliance with company policies and checklist procedures.
• Activate perimeter alarms to ensure site security during night hours.
• Maintain the safety and security of the site building throughout the shift.
• Keep the shop environment clean, organized, and safe for customers and staff.
• Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
• Ensure pricing labels on products are accurate and up-to-date.
• Perform stock rotation and shelving to maintain optimal product presentation.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Previous retail experience is essential for this role.
