About the Role
Generator is seeking a motivated individual to join our Finance team in Berlin as a Multi Property Accounting Clerk. You will work closely with the Assistant Financial Controller to support monthly cashflows, manage daily credit control, revenue reporting, banking activities, and contribute to the preparation and analysis of financial reports. Additionally, you will assist the Regional Financial Controller on various finance projects as needed. This role involves handling multiple property accounts across Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, Berlin Mitte, and Berlin Alexanderplatz.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Financial Controller in preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts and property reports.
- Assist with monthly cash flow processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage day-to-day credit control, revenue reporting, and banking operations.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions efficiently.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Collaborate effectively within the accounting team.
- Contribute to finance-related projects under the guidance of the Regional Financial Controller.
- Perform additional duties as reasonably required within the scope of the role.

Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum of three years professional experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Relevant qualifications or experience in accountancy or finance.
