This position blends tasks related to customer service, administrative duties, loan documentation processing, regulatory compliance, and managing client relationships to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support to mortgage advisers across all stages of the mortgage application process.
- Guarantee loan applications are precisely completed, thoroughly documented, and submitted promptly.
- Deliver exceptional client assistance during and after the loan settlement phase.
