Job Details
This is a fully remote role requiring a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. The position is part-time with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week and a rotating weekly schedule. Availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is mandatory. The starting wage is $17 per hour with opportunities for wage increases upon completion of progressive training levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the initial point of contact for clients, delivering courteous and efficient communication.
- Update and maintain client activity records in the database based on received documents; prepare and fax reports to relevant agencies as required.
- Develop comprehensive end-user familiarity with all monitoring systems and electronic equipment in use.
- Handle inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and remote access promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex hardware and software monitoring issues to supervisors or helpdesk, while staying informed of technological developments related to Sentinel's products.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service aptitude with active listening and professional communication oriented towards client needs.
- Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Capability to maintain perspective during challenging situations and propose workable solutions.
