Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated MEP Coordinator to join our Abu Dhabi team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role focuses on the management and synchronization of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing activities throughout building projects. Key responsibilities include reviewing project designs and blueprints, ensuring MEP services complement architectural and structural components, and effectively resolving coordination issues among all project parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor MEP installation activities to maintain alignment with project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and site teams to guarantee adherence to project schedules and milestones.
• Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related digital tools to perform clash detection, maintain accurate documentation, and generate reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on site.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong expertise in coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems within building projects.
• Hands-on experience in Plumbing and other building services ensuring compliance with project and regulatory expectations.
• Proficiency in using BIM software tools for coordination and documentation purposes.
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in MEP coordination for construction or infrastructure projects, preferably with experience in the UAE or GCC regions.
