In this role, you will be instrumental in preparing raw ingredients daily to support salad production while maintaining consistency and quality across batches.

Key Responsibilities

• Precisely weigh and measure ingredients following batch recipes.
• Prepare and organize raw materials for the production line.
• Ensure proper labelling and traceability of all ingredients used.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the batching area.
• Adhere strictly to food safety, quality controls, and occupational health and safety procedures.
• Operate effectively in a fast-paced, refrigerated work environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in food processing or batching is preferable.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to work schedules.
• Physical capability to lift weights between 15 to 20 kilograms.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work well within a team environment.
• Valid legal work authorization in Australia is mandatory.
