Role Overview
- Input and maintain essential commercial master data such as customers, vendors, items, and pricing within the Oracle ERP system covering the EMEA region.
- Manage workflows from the team email inbox, handle requests through the Teams Workflow system powered by Mendix, and address all data-related support inquiries promptly.
- Coordinate closely with Strategic Business Units (SBUs), internal clients, and support teams to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met while resolving system and data challenges.
- Uphold data compliance by following established business rules and audit standards, maintain precise supporting documentation, and ensure daily key performance indicators (KPIs) are achieved.
- Perform root cause analysis for process-related issues, enhance data management efficiency, and contribute to the formulation and execution of the overall data management strategy.
- Generate regular and on-demand management reports and cultivate trustful relationships with all stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least two years of experience working with ERP systems, with a strong preference for Oracle expertise.
- Proven experience in master data management, preferably in environments with high data volumes encompassing customers, suppliers, items, and pricing data.
- Excellent analytical abilities and IT proficiency, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills combined with keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated capacity to work autonomously, take initiative, and consistently achieve daily objectives.
Compensation and Benefits
- A salary range of €35,000 to €40,000 annually.
