Marketing Executive

Job Summary

The role of Marketing Executive involves actively connecting with potential clients via phone calls to explain the company's products and services in detail. The candidate will handle maintaining customer contact lists, delivering service information, and recording all relevant data such as payment details accurately.

Key Duties

• Clearly communicate the company's service offerings and provide initial information to prospective clients.
• Respond to customer queries by delivering thorough service-related explanations.
• Gather critical client data including personal and payment information.
• Keep detailed logs of client contacts and respect requests to opt-out from future communications.
• Follow up with former customers to identify new sales possibilities.
• Document customer interactions accurately for tracking and evaluation purposes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Basic proficiency with computer software like MS Word, Excel, internet browsers, and email platforms.
• Graduation is the minimum educational requirement.
• Goal-oriented approach focused on meeting sales targets within specific earning periods.
• Experience in telesales is a plus.
• Ability to efficiently manage time while engaging multiple customers daily.
• Good knowledge of the company’s offerings with an ability to customize sales approaches according to varied customer nationalities, languages, and cultural factors.
• Excellent customer service aptitude, capable of understanding client needs and effectively handling queries and concerns.

Working Hours and Location

The position follows the USA shift from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM during summer months and 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in winter, based in Mohali.
