Marketing Data Delivery Executive

Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Executive – Marketing Data Delivery, this role focuses on providing exceptional marketing experiences for players through the effective use of customer data. The executive will execute the Customer Data Roadmap by applying best practices and enhancing the efficiency of the marketing technology stack. Collaboration with Planners, Creation & Innovation Experts, and Campaign Managers is essential to prioritize tasks and ensure precise communication delivery to players.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the CRM data delivery for both routine and automated campaigns across multiple communication channels.
• Interpret commercial briefs to design, quality check, and deliver accurate campaign workflows.
• Promote improvements in quality control processes and enforce best practices for targeting and suppression strategies within campaign workflows.
• Coordinate the building, quality verification, and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across international markets, including automated and triggered programs tailored to diverse customer segments and lifecycle stages.

Candidate Profile

The successful candidate will evolve into a subject matter expert in marketing data, ensuring timely and effective delivery of CRM programs via Email, SMS, Push, and Social platforms. Responsibilities include documenting, customizing, and optimizing campaign management processes, monitoring campaign performance, and addressing any delivery obstacles. The role supports aligning CRM requirements with system and technical needs, identifies data-related gaps or broken processes, and proposes solutions. Additionally, the candidate coordinates new data requirement planning and liaises with database teams to update stakeholders on progress.

Required Skills and Experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of data management and CRM best practices for multi-channel communication.
• Solid understanding of campaign targeting tools encompassing data interrogation, manipulation, management, and analysis.
• Excellent ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members within complex data environments.
• Deep insight into CRM segmentation and database marketing techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL, with added advantage for experience using campaign management platforms such as Adobe Campaign or Bloomreach Engagement.
