Role Overview

RMF is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to join its marketing team in a hands-on, fast-moving environment. This position is suited to someone who is highly organized, detail-focused, and confident handling writing, editing, and project coordination tasks while working against strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of tailored proposals, SF330 forms, and other branded marketing materials used in response to RFPs and RFQs.
• Create polished, persuasive copy for proposals, presentations, brochures, and digital marketing assets.
• Coordinate several projects at once, tracking milestones and making sure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Build PowerPoint presentations for interviews, trade shows, and client-facing meetings.
• Research, monitor, and organize new leads and opportunities to keep the team informed about upcoming projects.
• Partner with engineers, project managers, and company leadership to present RMF’s work and capabilities effectively.
• Use Deltek Vantagepoint to manage marketing information and workflow activities.
• Support occasional site visits and industry events, which is helpful but not mandatory.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, especially in Marketing, Communications, English, or a similar discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in AEC marketing, proposal development, or communications.
• Strong written, editing, and verbal communication skills, along with a sharp eye for detail.
• Ability to juggle multiple assignments in a deadline-intensive environment.
• Comfort with design and productivity tools, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint and Open Asset is preferred, but not required.
