Key responsibilities

The main purpose of this role is to oversee the administration of the Maritime Cluster Fund (MCF), which backs initiatives in manpower, business development, productivity improvement, and organisational transformation. You will help design and maintain operating frameworks, manage knowledge resources, review business processes, and support digitalisation efforts so that grant administration remains effective, efficient, and well-governed. The role may also involve promoting MCF at industry events and activities, working with stakeholders to understand their needs and uncover gaps, and reviewing the fund to improve its relevance and impact for the industry.

Requirements

The role calls for at least 2 years of professional experience. Prior exposure to grant administration or a related function is beneficial, and familiarity with the maritime sector will be an added advantage. You should be comfortable engaging both internal and external stakeholders, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. The ideal candidate is detail-focused, proactive, enthusiastic, and able to work well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.

Contract terms

This appointment is offered as a 1-year recruitment agency contract.
