Program Overview

The Management Associate Program is a comprehensive 24-month rotational leadership development journey. Participants will gain hands-on experience across 2–3 key business functions such as Marketing, Business Development, and Operations. The program includes mentorship from senior leaders, real project ownership, and collaboration across regional teams in Southeast Asia and beyond. The role begins at the Singapore headquarters with an on-site commitment of 3–6 months, followed by relocation to the Thailand hub for the remainder of the program, involving travel of at least 50% to other markets.

Candidate Profile

  • Recent graduates or individuals with less than 12 months of full-time work experience.
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, capable of effective communication in a global, multi-market environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in utilizing AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex) to enhance workflow efficiency and produce scalable solutions.
  • Resourceful problem-solver with a mindset comfortable handling ambiguity and delivering solutions.
  • Self-driven and proactive with a strong inclination towards learning and initiative-taking.
  • Genuine interest in technology, startups, digital commerce, or growth-driven business sectors.
  • A collaborative team player with leadership qualities, ownership, accountability, and the ability to motivate peers.

Program Commitments and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline.
  • Fluency in English required for daily stakeholder interaction.
  • Onbound placement in Singapore for initial 3–6 months followed by relocation to Thailand for the rest of the program (approximately 18 months).
  • Willingness to travel frequently (at least 50% of the time) across Southeast Asian and possibly other regional markets.

Interview Process

  • Round 1: Online AI assessment lasting approximately 2 hours.
  • Round 2: Group onsite interview spanning 2 hours.
  • Round 3: One-to-one onsite interview with company leaders (45 minutes).
  • Round 4: Final interview with C-suite executives.
