Shift Details

• Weekend shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Each shift is 10 hours long, from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting pay rate of $29.57 per hour, with potential to earn up to $38.40 per hour

Primary Duties

• Conduct maintenance activities to keep equipment safe, reliable, and efficient using preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance methods
• Develop skills in maintaining and troubleshooting process equipment through training programs
• Complete assigned work orders promptly within the given timeframe

Candidate Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Proficient in handling power tools, hand tools, drill presses, and other shop equipment
• Competent in reading and interpreting English documents
• Regularly communicate using diverse methods
• Able to operate notebook computers and standard office devices
• Physical ability to sit, stand, stoop and maintain hand motor coordination frequently
• Capable of navigating building stairways within a multi-floor plant to perform assigned tasks
• Prepared to work around machinery and equipment hazards in a baking production setting
• Physical fitness to lift up to 50 pounds, stack/unstack or carry materials, and stand or stoop for extended periods in warm environments
