Job Overview

We are looking for a Maintenance Executive to join our team at Sapphire Foods India Limited based in Mumbai. This role primarily involves maintaining restaurant assets to guarantee smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct regular preventive maintenance and handle breakdown repairs of restaurant machinery and equipment.
Diagnose and fix issues related to electrical systems, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, and civil infrastructure.
Work to minimize equipment downtime, ensuring uninterrupted restaurant functionality.
Liaise with external vendors for maintenance contracts and repair services.
Keep detailed service documentation and adhere to safety regulations.
Travel to various restaurant locations when necessary to perform maintenance tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

Completed ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical discipline.
Preferably 1 to 3 years of prior maintenance experience in a relevant setting.

Additional Information

The monthly salary for this role ranges from INR 14,000 to INR 23,000. This position is based onsite in Mumbai with potential travel to other locations.
