Job Overview
Seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, to oversee and enhance supply chain operations. This role demands efficient management of inbound and outbound shipments, inventory control, and delivery coordination, upholding precision and punctuality.
Key Duties
- Arrange both inbound and outbound shipments encompassing scheduling, documentation preparation, and necessary follow-ups.
- Monitor and control inventory status, observe stock flows, and guarantee timely restocking.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders, transportation firms, and customs officials.
- Supervise delivery timelines ensuring accurate and prompt order fulfillment.
- Keep detailed logistics documentation and generate regular shipment, inventory, and performance reports.
- Participate in improving logistics strategies to minimize costs and boost operational efficiency.
- Provide support to various departments including procurement, operations, and sales teams.
Qualifications & Skills
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of two years experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination fields.
- Exhibit strong abilities in organization, planning, and resolving problems.
- Proficient with MS Office suite; familiarity with ERP or dedicated logistics software is advantageous.
- Excellent command of English for communication; knowledge of Arabic considered beneficial.
