Learning & Development Manager

Overview

Sapphire Branding Agency is seeking a dedicated Learning & Development Manager to join their Human Resources division based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. This full-time role is primarily onsite with hybrid work options available, focusing on enhancing organizational capabilities through targeted training and employee development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute learning and development strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Design, oversee, and evaluate employee training programs spanning various seniority levels.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify training needs and skill deficiencies within teams.
• Develop initiatives for leadership growth, employee onboarding, succession planning, and career progression.
• Administer learning management systems (LMS) and track the success of training efforts using KPIs and participant feedback.
• Work closely with department heads to customize learning programs specific to job roles.
• Manage collaborations with both internal and external training facilitators, organizing workshops and certification courses.
• Foster an organizational culture that values continuous education, engagement, and professional development.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Training, or HR functions.
• Deep understanding of instructional design, adult learning theories, and talent development methodologies.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and e-learning technologies.
• Professional credentials such as CIPD, SHRM, or ATD are beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Analytical and organizational skills with proven ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Capacity to juggle several learning projects within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
