Key Responsibilities

• Detecting and documenting water pipe damages such as leaks in fresh and wastewater lines and underfloor heating systems.
• Utilizing modern leak detection technologies including acoustic methods, thermography, tracer gas, and endoscopy.
• Advising customers and explaining damages directly on site.
• Preparing damage reports and photographic documentation.
• Collaborating closely with insurance companies, experts, and project managers.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a craft trade such as plumbing, heating and air conditioning technician, pipefitter, or similar.
• Technical understanding coupled with practical craftsmanship skills.
• Valid Class B driver's license.
• Independent, structured, and customer-focused working style.
• Enjoy working autonomously while being a committed team player.
