Key Responsibilities

• Serve in various kitchen and dining room capacities to support a restaurant-style dining experience.
• Collaborate closely with Culinary Services Director and Executive Director to enhance resident satisfaction through food and dining programs.
• Assist with planning and delivering the Art of Atria Dining enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure all kitchen areas remain clean, safe, and hygienic following assigned cleaning schedules.
• Properly store food items according to safety standards.
• Support dining room operations including bussing tables, setting tables, and aiding wait staff.
• Uphold quality enhancement standards and comply with food safety protocols.
• Help prepare and execute special events such as banquets and themed meals.
• Participate in pre-meal briefings prior to service.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned to support overall kitchen and dining functions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and mathematics.
• Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
