Role Overview

In the role of Student Success Manager, you will be passionate about creating societal value through actively supporting people transitioning into new tech career paths. You will take full responsibility for the comprehensive support and administrative management of participants throughout their entire training journey. Your role involves supporting participants facing challenges, celebrating milestones, and ensuring they acquire qualifications aligned with job market demands by recognizing their potential.

Key Duties

Provide consistent support to participants from onboarding through course completion, acting as a trustworthy contact for administrative and course-related queries, ensuring clear communication.
Drive participant engagement for follow-up modules by proactively inspiring and coordinating education voucher processing with the sales team.
Manage the smooth operation of multiple concurrent courses, overseeing onboarding processes, and accurately documenting sick leaves, vacations, absences, and course durations.
Maintain regular, direct communication with departments such as Sales, Education, and IT Support to ensure successful course execution.
Collect and maintain regular attendance and learning progress reports, carefully managing data (e.g., in HubSpot), and serving as a knowledgeable contact for both management and external funding bodies.

Candidate Profile

Preferably possess initial professional experience in related roles like account management, customer success, or similar client-facing positions. Experience in startups or dynamic environments is a plus.
Exhibit strong communication skills with a genuine interest in engaging with people, confidently addressing course participants and external stakeholders both verbally and in writing.
Demonstrate independence and initiative, managing multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining oversight.
Work in a goal-oriented, thorough, and organized manner as a matter of course.
Approach participants empathetically and with a solutions-focused mindset, especially in challenging situations or when issues arise.
Be proficient in Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar) and Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with CRM systems like HubSpot is advantageous.
Possess excellent German language skills (C1-C2 level) to ensure clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
