Junior Risk Analyst

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Risk Analyst to aid in detecting, evaluating, and tracking operational and financial risks within the organization. The candidate will assist in examining risk-related data, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the identification and evaluation of both operational and financial risks.
• Analyze risk information and compile reports for management review and decision making.
• Assist in creating and enforcing risk management policies and procedures.
• Carry out risk assessments and keep thorough documentation of findings.
• Oversee compliance with internal controls and regulatory mandates.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Risk Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Previous exposure to risk analysis, finance, compliance, or similar roles is advantageous.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Competency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, plus other data analysis software.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with effective organizational talent.
• Capacity to work autonomously, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and adhere to deadlines.
