Located in Montego Bay, Saint James, Jamaica, BCMG Insurance Brokers Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-focused Junior Relationship Manager to join their Commercial Lines Team. This supporting role is critical in helping maintain high standards of customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispatch invoices to both insurers and clients punctually.
• Manage endorsements by receiving them from insurers and forwarding to clients.
• Oversee the distribution of motor cover notes and insurance certificates to clients.
• Request and gather claims experience data from insurance companies for policies approaching renewal.
• Obtain motor renewal notices directly from insurance companies.
• Generate and maintain receipts related to policy transactions.
• Execute additional duties as assigned to support team operations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited tertiary institution.
• Hold qualifications covering all classes of insurance business.
• Have at least two years of experience in a comparable role.
• Demonstrate sound understanding of applicable insurance regulations (considered a strong advantage).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
